This amazing green food, a micro algae, is truly a superfood. It’s rich in B vitamins, trace minerals, iron, protein and chlorophyll which is why it has been study and proven to fight off anemia which is B 12 deficiency and causes extreme fatigue. What make it unique is that it’s cell wall is easily digestible to help protein synthesis. This superfood is great for and not limited to- anemia, fatigue, digestion, metal detox, eyesight, ulcers, immunity, bone strength.
