Good morning! I’m making my kids gluten free biscuits this morning so I’ll show ya what’s in my bowl-
2 c almond flour
1/2 c plain yogurt
1tsp bake soda
1tsp vanilla extract and
a pinch of salt
I don’t add any sweeteners because my kids like to eat these with organic jelly and that’s enough sugar in itself 😳
Bake on 350 for about 10-12 minutes or till slightly golden. If you don’t have yogurt use any nut milk maybe a little less that 1/2 c just for binding. See pictures below of ingredient and finished product. These baked for exactly 10 minutes. I turned the oven off and let them sit in the oven for about a minute. Remove from the oven and let them slightly cool and harden a little more.
