About

Hey I’m Jodi

I’m a wife, mom of three and Hawai’i raised. I grew up on the island of O’ahu and have been blessed to have been raised in such a beautiful environment. I was a professional Hula/Polynesian Dancer for over 10years and was blessed to travel the world to dance. I have always been athletic and loved playing sports. My dad built a backyard gym at our home when I was younger so I have been a gym rat my whole life! Hula and weights don’t seem to go together, but I managed to do both!

When I became a mom for the first time in 2005, the Lord then put on my heart to be aware of what will go on my son’s skin as well as in his body. This then began a quest for me to study and learn as much as I could about foods, herbs, essential oils, natural remedies and choosing products that would not harm or cause toxicity in any way. Three children later, I have struggled with many health problems of my own, causing me to dig deeper into the human body and learn more and more about the healing that comes from eating a clean diet thats right for me, how the body functions and healing from within. I have gone through gallbladder problems, anxiety, asthma, hormonal imbalances, chronic headaches, acne, digestive issues, insomnia and more. With each ailment it forces me to look at the underlying cause, or root of why these symptoms are occurring. This has given me so much knowledge about my body, about the body as a whole and how we can overcome any ailment by the grace of God and the knowledge He gives us. With each ailment my children have faced, I have researched and educated myself to get where I am today. My passion is natural health and fitness. I love working out, I love eating whole and healthy foods, I love making yummy processed free meals and snack for myself and family. Here you will see posts on detox, health tips, foods, recipes, fitness videos, supplements and green living! Hope you enjoy and most of all learn. Inspiring YOU to make just ONE healthy change at a time!
