What is turmeric? Turmeric is a spice that originated in India, Africa and South America but is grown all over the US now. It is a root and has been documented and know for many great benefits when consumed. It is popular for its beautiful golden color and is the main ingredient in curry spice. Many health benefits my be attained through consumption of golden turmeric paste. Curcumin is the active ingredient in the spice, turmeric has been shown to decrease inflammation and help alleviate pains. Studies have shown that turmeric may have positive effects on arthritis, brain function, sleep, overall immunity, digestion, cancer help and more! Turmeric is known for anti inflammatory properties, help with sleep and reducing pain, cinnamon is great for regulating blood sugar levels, black pepper allows turmeric to be absorbed into your body, coconut oil is a fat source that helps with absorbtion, ginger is an anti inflammatory spice and helps with pain, honey is known for antibacterial properties. Please store in the refrigerator, good for 3-4 weeks. If you need to leave on vacation or stop using for a while, it can be stored in the freezer.

Instructions for use will be included for different ways to use. This is for internal use and the most popular use is to make golden milk which is a turmeric drink. You make this by adding 1/2-1tsp of this paste to coconut, almond or your choice on non dairy milk. Using a non dairy milk with some sweetness tastes best but its up to you. You can also add to hot water to make tea and add any sweetner of choice or cook with it. Lots of options, hightly potent!Be Well and Enjoy!
